founder and CEO of Signature Community. Mr. Jekogian founded the
company while in college with the purchase of a small apartment

became the basis of his business model enhanced by remaining
focused on under-performing "Class B" multi-family properties. Mr.
Jekogian has built Signature Community into a fully integrated real
estate company that owns and operates more than 4,000 apartment
units throughout the United States with an aggregate value of over

has garnered additional value by having construction, leasing,
management, financing and brokerage capabilities as well. Signature
Community Investment Group's assets are managed by Signature
Community Management, which is brand focused on customer service
and providing residents with an enhanced living experience.
